2. Approve the plan

   Edit segments, offers and voice. Claims need evidence before they appear in an email.

3. Connect sending mailboxes

   Use mailboxes on separate sending domains from a provider that allows outbound. Add a link host like go.yoursendingdomain.com so tracking and unsubscribe links are yours.

4. Warm up and verify

   Mailboxes warm up while research runs. Sending to prospects starts only after readiness checks pass and you finish activation: verified website, sender identity with postal address, authenticated domain and an active plan.

5. Review and send

   Approve drafts in a fast queue. Approved emails go out within your limits and windows.

6. Handle replies

   Opt-outs and bounces are handled instantly. Interested people get your booking link or a drafted reply for you to check.
