Shipping and Delivery Policy
Zotoloop is software delivered online as a service. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
Delivery
Your workspace is available as soon as you sign up and confirm your email. Paid plans are applied to your workspace as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes, and a receipt is emailed to you by Dodo Payments. You use the service in your browser at https://www.zotoloop.com, from anywhere the service is offered.
If something does not arrive
If your plan is not active within 24 hours of payment, or you did not get a confirmation or receipt email, write to support@zotoloop.com with your workspace name and payment receipt and we will fix it.
