Acceptable Use Policy
Zotoloop is for relevant, honest business-to-business outreach. To protect recipients and everyone sharing the platform, you must not use it to:
- email consumers for personal (non-business) purposes, or anyone where the law requires prior consent you do not have;
- send to purchased, rented or scraped lists that the service did not research for you, or to addresses that were guessed rather than published or verified;
- hide or falsify who you are, use misleading subject lines, or impersonate another person or organisation;
- promote illegal products or services, adult content, gambling, weapons, unlicensed financial or medical services, or get-rich-quick schemes;
- send malware, phishing, credential requests or deceptive links, or use link shorteners to hide destinations;
- ignore opt-outs, re-add suppressed addresses, or work around sending limits, warm-up, pauses or reviews;
- use your main brand domain, or mailboxes whose provider forbids outbound prospecting, for cold email;
- bypass CAPTCHAs, log in to sites to collect data, or collect data in breach of a website's terms;
- probe, overload or break the service or other customers' workspaces.
Health and enforcement
We monitor bounce, complaint and unsubscribe rates. Workspaces above our thresholds are paused automatically and reviewed. Serious or repeated breaches lead to suspension without refund. Report abuse to support@zotoloop.com.
