Privacy Policy
UP N RUNNING, H2, 7/29, Sector 2, Rajendra Nagar, Ghaziabad 201005, Uttar Pradesh, India, runs Zotoloop. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why.
Customers and their team members
We process account details (name, email, sign-in records), workspace settings, billing status from our payment partner, support messages and product usage. We use them to provide, secure, bill and improve the service. The legal bases are our contract with you and our legitimate interests in running a secure service.
People our customers contact
For outreach, our customers decide whom to contact. We process business contact details (such as name, role, company and business email), public information about the company, and emails exchanged, on our customers' instructions as their processor. Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact you.
You can stop all email sent through Zotoloop to your address, by every customer, and have your details erased from their records, using our privacy request page. We keep a one-way hashed record of the address so it stays blocked.
Sharing
We use the service providers listed on the sub-processor page. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Workspace data is kept while the workspace exists and deleted 30 days after a deletion request or account termination. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule. Suppression hashes are kept so opt-outs keep working.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Contact privacy@zotoloop.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
