Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you (the customer, or the organisation you act for) and UP N RUNNING, H2, 7/29, Sector 2, Rajendra Nagar, Ghaziabad 201005, Uttar Pradesh, India ("we", "us"), for the Zotoloop service.
1. The service
Zotoloop helps businesses plan, research, write, approve, send and follow up business-to-business outreach email from mailboxes the customer connects. Features depend on the plan you choose.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You must give accurate information, keep sign-in details secure, and are responsible for activity in your workspaces, including by people you invite and API keys you create. You must be able to bind the organisation you sign up for.
3. Your responsibilities when sending
You are the sender of every email sent from your workspace. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the laws that apply to you and your recipients, including anti-spam, privacy and consumer-protection laws. You must use sending domains and mailboxes you are allowed to use for outbound email, include accurate sender identity and a postal address, and honour opt-outs. We may pause sending or suspend a workspace to protect recipients, our infrastructure or other customers.
4. Your data
You keep ownership of the data you bring and the data the service generates for you. You give us the rights needed to run the service. For personal data we process on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum applies. You can export your data and delete your workspace at any time.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment partner, which acts as merchant of record and handles applicable taxes. Prices are shown before you subscribe. Plans renew until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals. Usage limits are part of each plan. Cancellations and refunds follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. AI-generated content
Drafts and suggestions are produced with AI and based on the evidence available to the service. You are responsible for reviewing what is sent from your workspace and for claims made in your name.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features; we will give notice of material changes that reduce what a paid plan includes.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, or risk to others. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the laws of India, with courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, and its courts have jurisdiction. If a part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Contact: support@zotoloop.com.
